Rules & Regulations

• Parents to ensure that all belongings of your ward are prominently labeled. Complaint for things misplaced if not labelled, will not be entertained.
• Kindly drop your ward 10 minutes before the bell rings and co-operate by abiding by the school timings. Gate will be closed after the bell rings for assembly and no child will be allowed to enter the school thereafter. Please ensure that you leave the school premises before the bell rings for assembly. Also ensure that you pick up your ward in time, after school. School will not be responsible for children going late.
• Please send an extra set of clothes daily in a labelled packet. (Only classes Pre Nursery & Nursery)
• It is expected that you avoid the use of cell phones in school premises and keep them on silent mode.
•   It is expected that you converse in English with your ward at home and if you find it difficult, it is advisable that at least day to day common words should be spoken in English so that he / she may pick up the commands faster in school.
• Any employee of the school demanding favour should be reported in the office.
• Please do not go to the classrooms directly during the school hours.
• You are advised not to call at the Front Office to speak to the Class Teacher. If important you may drop a message at the Reception. We will get back to you if necessary.
• All communication should be addressed to the Principal.
• Whenever you make a phone call in school please have the Adm. No., class & section of your ward ready for reference.
• We advise not to make your ward wear any valuable jewellery / item in school. Please note that school will not be responsible for any loss.

• Please avoid any conversation with teachers in morning or after school as it makes it difficult for the teachers to concentrate on kids and safety & security issues are then compromised.

• You are requested to be very careful while parking your vehicles the time you come to pick / drop your ward. Your vehicle should not be a cause for traffic disruption.

• Saturdays are off.
• A month’s notice should be mailed to the school authorities by the Parents / Guardians in case of withdrawal.
•   If Municipal Birth Certificate is not submitted T.C. will not be issued.
• Parents are liable to pay fee for the full session if they withdraw their child in mid-session.
• Once the child has been admitted parents will hereby agree and abide by the rules & regulations of the school and that whereas the school takes adequate care to ensure the well-being of the child, it is in no way responsible in any manner for any losses, mishaps or unforeseen events.
• Parents / Guardians who persistently disobey the school rules, or who are constantly over demanding in attitude or who are invariably captious and critical in their dealings with the school authorities or members of the staff will be deemed uncooperative. Since, this only strains the relationship between the school and the parent, the Principal has the right to demand the withdrawal of their ward.

Regularity & Absence

• We expect you to pay attention to your ward’s punctuality, regularity, discipline and neatness and take interest in their work.
• As regular attendance is an important element for successful work, leave of absence should be sent only through the School App at least a day prior or latest by 08:00 am.

•   Early leave will not be permitted as it causes disruption in school functioning. Hence all appointments to be taken after school.

• In case of emergency, Early Leave will be granted once you submit an application for the same and in that case child will be marked as Absent.

• A sick leave for more than 3 - 4 days should be supported by Medical Certificate.

• If a student's attendance falls below 75% at any point in time, they will not be considered for participation in any school events such as the Annual Function, Sports Day, etc.
• Any student who is absent for one month without any prior notice, his name will be struck off from the school's record without giving any intimation.
